We are crossing our fingers there are no more lockdowns in Sydney - unlike our unlucky Southern neighbours. Personally we have a strong association with Melbourne, including having almost immigrated there when we did the switch from across-the-ditch 22 years ago.
We are feeling very grateful and acknowledged by the receipt of a Quick Response Business Grant from City of Sydney announced last week. Thank you COS for recognising the contribution our small business makes to the cultural fabric of Sydney.
We are coming out of lockdown here in Sydney and there’s a mixed reaction in hospitality quarters to the new rules. With the social distancing measures in place it is understandably not economically viable for all cafes, restaurants and bars to open immediately.
