This month we report back on a delightful pop-up restaurant in the ‘hood named Acciughe Salate, or Salty Anchovies, which took over the Bayswater Kitchenette space for 6 weeks in June and July. This month we are happy to announce our newest addition, Bar Conte, to our Surry Hills Tour. The World’s first dedicated Negroni Bar and Italian Restaurant in Sydney. The Sydney restaurant scene is never stagnant and our local hood of Potts Point is a great example of the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry.
